from the photos it does look close to gem and originally toned with strong pl surfaces and no problems

 

it does look good from the pl surfaces and toning and i think you have a better than average chance that the coin is better and hopefully MUCH better than the price paid

 

let me know when you get it what the true "look" and grade are!!!!

I think the price is about what this coin is worth....fair price. Add grading costs and I could see this as an MS64 PL worth maybe $125 with the toning so pretty close to the ending price + grading fees. The good news is I like buying coins like this that aren't slabbed becuase in hand they can look quite a bit better.....if the coin 65's or DMPLs then you truly got a rip (thumbs u
