Unless the images are hiding meaningful flaws, I'd guess a minimum of two points higher.

Both look MS63 - MS64. I prefer the bottom one.

 

The horizontal scratch on the obverse of the top dollar might result in a bag and tag if submitted for certification.

Thanks. I noticed the horizontal scratch on the top one, too.

 

For me, Peace $1 are harder to photo than Morgans for some reason.
