Sorry to say, I think this one is overgraded. The slab is quite scuffy, and unfortunately, I picked up a little lamp glare, but you "get the picture".

Looks like an EF+, but I don't like it very much.

Unfortunately the black spot on the reverse is a distraction.

 

I might add the huge photo is a prime example of how using a 10X on a coin can cause less experienced collectors to reject about everything. The big picture magnifies every flaw, and when you have a coin like this that has been in circulation for a couple years, there will be small marks.
