1945 New Zealand Penny KM13a

I recently sent a 1945 NZ penny to NGC for grading. There was nothing visibly wrong with my coin. They said it had"Environmental Damage" OK, what is it?

I asked them to send it to you. It may still be there at NGC. The coin I have to send in again is even a better specimen, but I'm afraid they don't know what they are looking at.

This coin was on invoice#2756603. You might catch it before shipping?

I checked the NGC World coin bibliography to see their references on New Zealand coins, and nothing. Absolutely nothing is listed.
