Opinion on this 1797 Bust Dollar grade please

Hi ER. In terms of detail, I think the grade is accurate. Hard to tell what kind of luster it displays without seeing it in person though. Also, it's a bit "too white" for me. The adjustment marks on the reverse, though plentiful, are shallow and have minimal impact. I would consider it a 5%-below-average coin - worth $15000 or so.
