Can NGC slab Swiss Shooting Pinback Medals?

Greetings!

 

I collect Swiss Shooting (Schutzenfest) Medals and have about two dozen certified by NGC. While I usually specialize in the Holy Freres designed medals produced from 1900-1914 I recently acquired an interesting pinback medal, a 1920 Luzern (Richter #894) in exceptional condition.

 

Here are front and rear photos of this very rare medal:

It's not too large to fit in a standard NGC holder but may be too thick due to the pin. I would rather ask if it can be slabbed before I send it in and it comes back in a BB.
