The new Lincoln cent and the US Type Registry

How will NGC regard this 4 coin series? Will you require one for a complete type set, all four or none at all? Thanks.

I would think they would handle it the same way they handled the Louis and Clark nickel series. I don't know how they did, because I'm not participating in these sets. But to me, that would make sense.
