World Trade Center Ground Zero Recovery-2001-$1 Silver Eagle?

OK, Maybe just because I'm new to this but I fell for it! Gem Uncirculated 9-11-01 WTC Ground Zero Recovery 1 of 1440 slabbed $1 Silver Eagle. My Husband is a retired Fire Captain, and had known that there were monies under the World Trade Center in vaults. But I would have thought they were all melted....Have you heard of these, and are they the real deal or bogus? Only name I can find on the slab is on the back "Collectors Universe".

 

Could you clear this up for me? Thanks

Collectors Universe is the parent company of PCGS, so you should probably contact them.
