1807 Larger Cent - 170 Rotated Rev - Look at the rim?

1807 Large Cent that is almost a Medallic Alignment (Rotated Reverse 170), my question is the obverse and reverse rim things... Would like to send it in to NGC/NCS. What do you think?

As with any coin that you have a question as to whether or not NGC would grade it, or if it would be a "no grade," I would recommend submitting the coin for NCS Details Grade. If the coin would grade with NGC, you will receive it in an NGC holder otherwise it will be authenticated and given a grade of the details with a description of the surface problem. I would also note the rotated reverse on the submission form. I would be very suspect of the damage on the edge of this particular coin.
