Can't find it in Krause. Note the bird in the center and the Chinese characters. The reverse is a picture of a tall building. Any ideas?

 

(Hope the picture displays, does for me but not sure I linked it right)

looks to be a y#71 5 yen from japan. 1948-1949
Dated Showa 13 = 1948.
