I didn't buy the 2006-W so I don't know!!

They sold them in the 20th Anniv set

Yes and they sold them seperate for 19.95. I got the price from PCGS forim.

I guess I missed that one. Don't see it on the mint schedule for that year.

They sold the 2006-W SAE, non-20th Annniversary. I have one in a NGC holder.
