NCS FR Grade

FR is Fair. That is the grade between Poor and About Good at the lowest end of the grading range. The grading range goes from Poor, to Fair, to About Good, to Good, to Fine, to Very Fine, to Extra Fine, to About Uncirculated, to Uncirculated.
