Need some help 1959 PDS

OK Here is my idea. My oldest brother will turn 50 in July. I am looking at putting a set of coins togather that were minted in 1959. He is not a collector but buys a few things now and then. Just thought he would enjoy something like this. any help? I will buy 1,5,10,25 or 50 cents any mint would prefer D or S. Just let me know if you have anything. Thanks Dan

You can get a Proof set on ebay for less than $30. Of course the Proof sets were P mint.

First you need to decide whether you want to buy a Proof or Business strike.

 

Then I would head over to ebay and find a good deal on a complete set. The uncirculated business strike coins will cost you +$50

 

And the Proof set will be less around $30 or so. (thumbs u

Also note that there were no S mint coins in 1959, so you will have to go with the P or D mint coins.
