One of my favorite U.S. coins is the Walking Liberty Half. I was looking at focusing a portion of my collection on them. Before I do this I want to read up on the different varieties, errors, ect. that are out there. Can anyone recommend a good book on Walkers?

Steve, I have not read these, but would guess either would be helpful, at least for the different issues/dates, in general.:

 

Treasure Hunting Walking Liberty Half Dollars by Kevin Flynn and Brian Raines. Published 2001.

 

The Walking Liberty Half Dollar by Anthony Swiatek. Published 1983.
