You know, I saw the coin... and was thinking .... hmmmm.... ahhh.... interesting.... you know.... and then I read Bobby's comment and said... yea, that's what I was thinking.

It is circulated, which means it will tone differently from a BU coin. Overall, though the coin looks OK to me (aesthetically), I am not convinced the toning is natural, and would pay no premium for it. However, maybe the white-balance is off and the color would look different in-hand.
