The dealer, I recall, sold it as a MS65, but that was long ago and grading has gotten much more scientific since, so I don't assume anything.

It looks like an MS-64 to me with clean sails (no significant scratches on the sails). That's a big plus, but I don't think that the coin is "Gem" MS-65 or better.
