What speed/option does NGC send their "Registered Mail"

Just wondering when we select the registered mail option instead of overnight delivery what service or speed that comes back to us at? I know Registered Mail can usually be sent either First Class or Priority Mail. And if others use the Registered Mail option often, what are the typical mail back times you have seen? Thanks in advance.

With respect to Registered Mail, First Class and Priority are basically the same service. We've heard that registered mail has been slow in recent weeks, but there are no exact figures.
