XF45 o higher? 2 Bolivares of Venezuela

2 Bolivares of Venezuela dated 1887,second 8 higher,I grade it as XF-45 to AU-50,what do you think so?

It might go EF-40 if you are lucky, but I like it much better at VF-35.

It has been cleaned, and I would give it a XF 40 to 45 at best. It's not a rare piece and I think I would keep looking for a different one unless you really needed that specific date.
