I'll go VG 10 on this one. But the Overton gave me fits. I'm going to guess O-108...but I don't feel real confident in that. 107 looked good too as did 106 and 109. 108 is R--4

Well, this one is a tough one, and it might help to look at the third side to narrow it down...sorry, my photos aren't the best!

OK...so I think we;re talking about 107, 107a, 108, 109, 109a, 109b, 111a., Right??

At least I was on the right track...though it took me 3 trains to get there...

107 107a are out because I don't think the spacing between the first 1 and 8 is that wide

108 is out because the arrow heads are not clearly separated as on your coin

109 is out because the T and I don't line up right, 109 a and b are out because of no die break patches at the arrowheads

111a is out because there is milling on your coin and none in Overton...so...I'm back to where I started.

107a does have a die break at star 12 but it doesn't extend but there are small segments (or something), in AMERICA.

Well...I guess that leaves 107a...well, it doesn't really "LEAVE" 107a, but it's my current best guess. R-4.

RI AL,

I tend to agree with you, though I wish there was a photo of the 107a in my book! There is a die break at star 12, but there doesn't seem to be the other break between stars 11 and 12. On the reverse, there is clearly something going on the left stand of the R and I, but are they these mysterious triple/quadruple segments? Or is this the die break in the O-109a? The reverse doesn't match well with the arrows on the G reverse, but this coin has a lot of wear too. This is certainly a tougher one, but for the time being I am going with your guess of O-107a.

Oh yeah, I bought it as a VG, as for the die marriage, we have one vote for 107a and one for 109a, what makes you think it's the 109a MBA101? To me the arrows don't look right on my coin.
