Getting a grade and VAM# on a ungraded coin in NGC Binion Collection Holder?

I have a ungraded Top 50 Peace dollar coin in NGC Binion Collection Holder. Will NGC grade the coin for me and also put the VAM number on the holder while keeping the Binion designation? If so, how could I submit the coin to have this done and what would the cost be?

 

I am getting ready to submit several coins in NGC holders for VAM designation, could I include this coin with them to get it graded with a VAM number?

You may submit it in the NGC holder for grading under any appropriate grading tier and include an extra $7 for variety attribution.
