I am trying to send some coins to ngc to get certified for the first time.

 

Is there some requirements for packaging? What is the address I send the box to?

First, are you a paid member w/submission privileges?

 

> If yes, you should have received the intro packet with the forms and all the info you need

 

> If no, you can't submit directly and need to use an approved dealer as an intermediate.

You can get the NGC submission forms online on the main NGC site and just follow the instructions on the forms.

The recommended way to send coins is in mylar non PVC flips

 

NGC requests the invoice numbers be marked on each flip, no sticky tape, and rubber band them together.

 

Capsuled coins should be left in their original capsules, and not put into flips.

 

The easiest way is to fill in the submission form from your Control Panel

From there, choose Grading and Submissions, Submit (US or World) and fill the form in carefully. Post here if you have questions about how to fill in any specific part of the form

 

Do not enter cert # or min grade unless you are sending an already slabbed coin

 

As with all shipments, pack securely/padded and tightly to prevent movement
