Does NGC have an equivalent to PCGS's "Genuine"?

I'm so confused...yet again...I just can't keep this stuff straight.

Will NGC slab a coin, no grade it, and indicate the problem on the slab? I seem to remember seeing this somewhere but I'm not sure. I have 5 free submissions coming from my renewed NGC membership and was wondering if I could use this service for raw pieces that I think were cleaned? They are nice coins and I have no urgent need to replace them...but hope to slowly do so over time if my doctor's allow me to go back to teaching as a substitute and I can use "extra, non-family money".

RI AL Off to Wal-Mart...be still my heart :(

I think if you have a question about a coin as to whether it will slab for some reason or another, you should send it to NCS. I would think that's he equivalent of Genuine.
