unsatisfactory slab

i purchased a sight unseen ncg graded ms70 2001 $10 platinum eagle last week . after looking at it i notice that the white outer part of the slab is crushed to the point that it comes over the edge of the coin itself. what would i need to do to have this corrected it is certainly a ncg defect. I have never had this problem before and am just wondering what the procedure would be to have you correct this for me . thanks marcus mad.gif
