Saw a mint error rotated reverse morgan...

...and was wondering if they are worth a premium? Pretty interesting and had not seen one.

 

Other than the normal value for the coin, how would you price one? Would it matter if it is rotated counterclock or clockwise? Would the degree of the error rotated factor in?

Yes the more it is rotated the more it will usually go for.

No not really

Yes....It must be rotated at least 15 degree for NGC to label it. Most coins are usually rotated from 1-5 degrees.
