Uncirculated Sac - What MS Grade?

I suck at the fine points of grading uncirculated coins. I can tell an MS-60 from a 70, but I'm not good with the intermediate grades. Anyone's opinion on this Sac?

Due to the plentiful rim nics and some other field nics, I'm gonna have to MS61-62.
