Need help with a Lincoln cent! Wide AM?

Is this considered a Wide AM? Also what color would this be considered. They supposedly come in RB & RD. Thanks for any help!

This year is a fairly common cent to find. It's the 98' & 99' Wide AM's that are hard to find.
