Help with entering Signature Set items

Hey Arch or anyone else that can help...

 

I am trying to fill in the spaces in a Signature Set from already entered inventory. Is there any way I can tell the entry screen to fill in the information from an inventory item rather than have to enter all of the information? It would help greatly if this can be done.

NGC coins that have proper coin # assignments in our database will default all of the coin information for you. However, not all NGC certified coins have been assigned coin '#'s, i.e. Mint Error coins, some World coins and NCS coins.

 

You also must enter coin information for PCGS certified coins.

That is why I got so frustrated with trying to build a Signature Set recently. The non-PCGS automatic entry of data and pictures was the culprit!
