i went out to SDB in hunt for some goodies to get rid of or keep depending on items and how stupid i was when i first bought them. some are realy neat and some are just well , coins.

 

first edition series 2 sterling silver space coins/medals

Yes, I would think that the British coin has been cleaned somehow. I agree with you that there are lines evident, especially on the obverse. Ya' gotta' love the St George design!!

 

Did you dip the medals? I think they look much improved!!

yes i dipped in a distilled water and e-z-est mix. i didnt want to do to much to it. thats why there are some remnence of some of the gunk.
