2001 P Kennedy oddity

While searching though a couple of bags of 2001 Kennedies I am finding something strange on some of the P coins. It appears to be a spike coming out of the base of the neck towards the rim between GOD and the date. Here are two closeup's.

 

 

Also I think I have found a DDR on a 2001 D. Picture is not that great but some of the stars seem doubled.

Obv is a die crack, picture of the rev isn't good enough for a conclusion.

I agree... the obverse is a small die crack...and better shots of the stars are needed

Ditto to above. Reverse is more likely to be machine doubling than DDR, though.
