I can't help with the price but these are tough in unc. They aren't too hard in AU but for some reason uncs are elusive.

Very nice PR coin!!! The only help I can give is the catalog values in the "World Coins" catalog, which are frequently way off, especially for better UNC. material. For an UNC, the value lists a $225. There is no price given for Brilliant Uncirculated but I would imagine it would be considerably higher...though that doesn't help much.

It's not much of a help, but an AU 58 PCGS 5 centavo sold for $230 in October of 2007 by Heritage Rare Coin Galleries.

Puerto Rico has enjoyed excellent economic growth for years now and more Americans are waking up to the fact that they are a part of the US. Next year there will be a circulating quarter honoring them so there is likely to be even more interest in the near future.

 

I've seen more mundane coins from here sell for two or three times Krause so I'd be careful to get full value if your intent is to sell this.
