Pretty tough to get a coin to accurately show its true colors. Still can't get the civil war proof quarter just right, though. :P

Thanks, guys. The 1805 is a dime, BTW.

 

I love the proof Liberty nickel. I had it conserved by NCS in Dec. 2004 and had it reside in my Dansco every since. It took on some lovely pastel toning, I think.

I can't get a good pic of the nickel's reverse but it is not toned like the obverse who's picture pretty accurately represents the true appearance of the coin.
