1853 Large Cent/Artificial Coloring and 1843 Seated Liberty Dollar/Glue Residue

I would like your opinion on the possibility of NCS being able to assist with the following two problem coins.

1853 Large Cent determined to be artificially colored by NGC.

Professional conservation can not help most copper coins that have artificial color. The color is typical a chemical alteration to the surface of the coin that can not be safely reversed.

 

Glue residue can typically be removed from the surface of a coin.
