Unsolicited testimonial of NGC's customer service

This weekend at the Baltimore Show, I submitted about $800 worth in submission fees. Due to a glitch, Carol Harmes called me to straighten some things out.


To help clear up the glitch, I felt that it was time finally for me to spend the $99 on a paid CS membership. I never expected -- hoped, maybe -- that CS would give me the 10% discount that they give to online customers.


After a minor amount of dignified pleading on my part, Carol told me this morning via email that I am getting the 10% discount.
