Half Dollar Type Set Omissions

It seems to me that a half dollar type set should include Commemoratives. There should be one slot for a classic commem. design, and a slot for a modern commem. If there are going to be 92 different slots for every minute sub-type of Liberty Seated half (which to me seems like overkill - just put one Liberty Seated slot and let us pick which one we want!) then there should be a couple of slots added for the important, highly popular commem. series.
