Whats the difference?

I have been buying rolls of presidential dollars from my local bank at face value. They come straight out of the box and I am assuming are straight from the mint. They look like this:

I have been looking at the US Mint online and I see I can buy:

These cost me $35 for a roll of 25.

 

What is the difference? Arent they both uncirculated if they are still in the original roll?

 

I also see I can buy a box with 10 rolls of the first picture from the US mint for face value and freight allowed. Whats the catch?

There is no guarantee which mintmarks and/or Presidents you will receive. The Mint is trying to encourage people to put them into circulation.
