3 PMG (Paper Money Guaranty) Standard Grading Certificates (On Hold)

I have 3 standard submission certificates for notes at PMG. They must be used by the end of 2008. Standard rates are usually $40 per note according to their website. So, I would be willing to trade or sell these for something like $75 or best offer. I would rather trade for any number of coins or currency. Let me know.

is being a CS member good enough or do i have to be part of some membership at pmg? i have some notes that need to go but i have never done so. can any1 use the coupons?
