1) The last guy to merge (be acquired by) CLCT wants out bad - that's not a good sign for a harmonious merger

David Hall may see a chance for more profit sooner instead of waiting a lifetime for the competition to go away. Both could make out here.

NGC isnt any dire need to sell... Why sell to, of ALL people David Hall?? Not that NGC would do this, but it would be HORRIBLE for the coin market.

But where does tha leave the collector? Compitition is good for the hobby. Look over at the comic side CGC is the only game in town and they do anything they want. Because the comic collectors have no other choice but to go with them. On our side we have two main companys and a few lower tier companys to choice from. If they merged I can see alot of problems come up. CHRIS

I think it would probably be the other way around. At this point, NGC could probably buy up most of the outstanding shares of CLCT for 10 or 20 bucks and a six pack!

This is very true, only that CoolCoin made it seem like he was talking about david hall buying ngc, hence my lil post
