ICG slabs cleaned?

Has ICG always slabbed cleaned coins (and designated them as cleaned on the slab) or is this only for rarer stuff? I came across a Hawaii dime at Heritage marked "cleaned" in an ICG slab.

With all the guys from ICG over at ANACS and all the ANACS guys all over at ICG should we be calling ICG ANACS and ANACS ICG?

i was going to start using them untill they changed over and im with the waiting to find out who is actualy who also before i use them.

All this turmoil and confusion doesn't seem very good for business, on either of their parts. I would think that they should release a statement or do something to help consumers understand whats going on.
