Interesting 1853 no arrows Liberty Seated Dime currently on Ebay

Just for fun, take a look at this 1853 NA Liberty Seated Dime offered on Ebay.

Notice an anomaly on the obverse. Here is a closeup. No doubt it must be a scratch, toning , or something causing the 'D' but nonetheless interesting.

I think that it is just a toning anomaly like the one to the left of Liberty's elbow.
