Is this 1939-D Jefferson a DDO?

:hi: Hello, Does any one know if this is a variety? It is in an older PCI holder noted as DDO. I could get a book. It has mod. doubling on the LIBERTY, date, and star between. Thank you for your consideration.

The doubling on Jefferson's collar appears to be strike doubling, also called mechanical doubling. This does not qualify as a variety, and collectors attach no premium to it. It's fun, but not valuable.
