Roosevelt Variety Registry Request.

Hello. I'm requesting NGC add a Roosevelt Variety series to the Registry. NGC could make a new addition for Proof varieties sets (1950-date) and MS varieties sets(1946-date). NGC currently recognizes the Varieties, so why not hype them up a bit and make a Registry for them.
