Copper is not my thing, but it looks like, if there is enough luster left, it might be AU. I can't see any luster in the pictures, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. As for the rim nicks - I only see a couple of minor ones. Older coins generally are forgiven a bit more, and yours don't look too serious. The only one I might be concerned about is the one at k10.

I'm not real good with copper there Mike but it looks ok to me. I've seen worse rim dings. Nice Cent!

The rim dings would not, IMHO, keep the coin from being an AU grade.

It looks AU in terms of wear, but I'd be concerned about the color, which makes me think it was once cleaned. Additionally, there appear to be a number of verdigris or corrosion areas around the obverse border.

I think you actually have a "commercial unc" coin! With a proper EAC brushing, this coin could pick up considerably better eye appeal.
