It appears that there may have been a strike through of some sorts on the reverse and look at the

blob on the eagles left leg(our right)

It looks like a blob of gold:D

 

You can see how highly reflective the feilds are because it picks up every tiny

scratch.

 

 

Maybe someone more knowledgeable can step in
