Guess the grade

I have had this coin for about 40 years, bought it when I was a kid.

I sent it to ANACS for a grade .

Can you guess the grade and the details comment ?

Looks like an EF-40, net VF-20, harshly cleaned.

EF-45 details, but looks like it's been erasered, particularly in the date area!

I would go AU 50 details, but the surfaces have been altered somehow so how about AU 50, net 40 ANACS. (Does ANACS still do net grades??)

Au 53 wire brushed. Fair grade for the coin , not really much difference from

Au50 – Au 53. After the coin was cleaned it also looks like it was artificially toned in a lame attempt to cover up the cleaning. It is actually a nice looking coin, unfortunate that someone had to ruin the coin by cleaning it. I probably paid $ 10 for it back 40 some years ago .
