It's a nice coin, but there's that light scratch on the reverse, light but long.

For less than $20 I can tolerate the scratch till I find a replacement coin.

I would grade this coin VF-25 WITHOUT the scratch which nets it down to Fine IMO. The scratch may have come from a staple which should be a lesson for those use 2x2 cardboard holders. You need to mash those staple points DOWN.

 

Since Gray Sheet bid is $18 in Good, which for this coin is truely ugly coin indeed, you wouldn't get hurt for less than $20.
