Fake Confederate Cent

Does anyone have any information about when and why this "coin" was issued? I have found a bunch of Confederate States copies on e-Bay, but none have the same fractional 1/100 reverse as this. Thanks. RI AL

That is a modern reproduction token and if I’m not mistaken, if the reverse does not match or appear as the real 1861 Confederate States cent, that is by depicting the denomination as 1/100 and not as 1 CENT, the token does not require the word COPY to be stamped anywhere on the coin.

I've seen those and other denominations with a similar type reverse 1/10, 1/4 etc made and sold as souvenirs at Civil Wars battlefield sites etc.
