3 cent nickel Broken Planchet

The coin fits together to well for it to have been cut into unless someone used a laser. Would this be a broken planchet 3cp or what is it?

It looks like a clean break but extreme closeups of the edge of the breaks would be necessary for someone to make an informed decision.
