MS-60. I don't notice any wear, but it's got some scuffing which I don't think is due to circulation, probably enough to keep it from climbing the grade ladder much higher.

 

At the very least, AU-58, at most MS-62. Appealing-looking Barb.

There is still plenty of luster left on the coin, especially on the reverse. I would have thought this coin was removed from circulation very early in it's life and give it a AU-58 based on the images provided. The dime of course may be better than depicted while in hand, but the grade assigned is the image grade, not the actual grade.

I also thought it was AU. I e-mailed my more coin-experienced uncle the same photos, and he said VF. I told him he was crazy. The coin looks better in hand than the pictures show. (He has only seen the pictures, not the coin in-hand.)
