green copper stains on silver coin

We have had experience in working on Chinese coins with a similar appearance to the one in your post. The results have been somewhat mixed. The green you are seeing on the coin can usually be removed though the surfaces underneath could be damaged. I would be unable to predict if your coin would grade with NGC from the image. I would recommend having your coin professionally conserved to remove the damaging residues. We would have to see the coin in person to determine exactly what might be done to help your coin.
