grading question

The attached photo has 3 circled and arrowed marks on the coin, considering only these marks-would this coin be gradeable(I realize their are other reasons it would not, but for future reference)? If not, would any one of the marks prevent its being graded? Thanks for the info, just for future reference.

NGC does not offer opinions based on images. Regarding your concern of whether or not this coin would grade, we would suggest that you submit the coin to NCS first. If the coin is not gradable, it would still receive an NCS holder describing details grade.
